Demi Lovato Performs “Give Your Heart A Break” At People’s Choice Awards…[Video]

Demi Lovato not only hit the red carpet at the 38th People’s Choice Awards, held at the Nokia Theatre in La La Land but the singer took to the stage to perform her latest single”Give Your Heart A Break.”

Switching out of her Marchesa gown into a plunging red dress, the 19-year-old performed with a full band and back upsingers, as a packed house sang along.

Lovato took home the award for Favorite Pop Singer, beating out Katy Perry and Lady Gaga, taking.
