This week has been all about fashion and making sure the dress is the statement piece.

Tonight (Jan. 12), Charlize Theron attended the 17th Annual Critics Choice Movie Awards, held at The Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, California.

The actress donned a floor length black dress by Alaia, paired with gold open toe sandals.

With her hair swooped into a side braided bun, Theron wore diamond stud earrings and a ring by Bulgari.

A red lip would’ve tied this look together!
