Katy Perry & Russell Brand Met Up To Discuss Divorce…
Since the announcement of their divorce on Dec. 30th, Katy Perry and Russell Brand have stayed clear of each other.
Perry was busy shooting an Adidas ad, while Brand was on a promotional tour for his new television series Strangely Uplifting.
Over the weekend, the former couple came face-to-face to discuss the next step in their pending divorce.
A source tells The Mirror that the former couple planned a sit-down at the Beverly Hills Hotel, where Perry is allegedly staying. According to the source, the two supposedly had very different reasons for wanting to talk.
As for Brand, the source claims, “He has agreed to meet her one last time. He wants to sort things out and finalize the divorce. He needed to be in LA for the Globes, too, so it was an ideal opportunity to meet. He is determined to move on.”
However, the source alleges that Perry’s motivation was a reconciliation.
“Katy says she is still in love with him,” the source claims. “She still has hopes they might get back together.”
