Kim Kardashian Co-Hosts ‘Live! With Kelly’, Talks 72-Day Marriage…

On Monday (Jan. 23) morning, Kim Kardashian sat alongside Kelly Ripa to co-host ABC’s morning show Live! With Kelly.
Sporting a body hugging, red, lace dress, paired with nude Christian Louboutin pumps, the E! reality star took the platform to dish on her 72-day marriage to NBA player Kris Humphries.
Kim explained what we already know, she’s a hopeless romantic but couldn’t see herself spending the rest of her life and having kids with someone whom she no longer loved.
Kimberly Noel also opened up about how the backlash of her divorce affected her personal life, if her wedding was a business venture she would’ve stayed married longer, how moving in with momager Kris Jenner and sister Kourtney helped her soul search and more.
On Kelly Ripa and Nick Lachey reenacting her wedding: That was probably the one thing that made me smile that day. I thought you looked like a good bride.
On love: I think I just learned I need to rewrite my fairytale.
On making her marriage work: I just really felt like, for anyone in any situation, I definitely tried everything that I felt like I could. I would also hear stories of people that had kids and started this life and stayed married for years and it ended up not working out. For me, I want babies, I want that forever love and I just felt like if I feel in my heart that this isn’t right then why wait years to have the same result.
On Heidi Klum and Seal separating: It’s so sad. I would never wish anyone to go through a divorce but then again after what I’ve been through, you don’t really know unless you’ve been in this person’s shoes. I learned that I probably was a little bit more judgmental before and after going through this and seeing that people don’t see my heart and I just want them to understand why I do what I do. So, when I see other people that I might not understand their situation then I think like “you really just have to step back because you don’t know what they’re going through.
