Birdman might not be the world’s greatest rapper but he’s made major business moves that have afforded him a life many of us can’t even begin to imagine.
The hip-hop mogul cofounded the legendary Cash Money Records that entail some of the hottest artists in the game; cc: Drake, Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, DJ Khaled, Tyga….and lets not forget the man is also an investor of liquid gold..[or so he says].
Sitting at the #4 spot on Forbes Magazine’s Top-5 Richest Rappers Of 2012, Birdman’s estimate riches for the year were reported to be a cool $15 million, with his network being somewhere along the lines of $125 million, so it’s safe to say the #1 stunner was well in his limits when purchasing his new $14.5 million mansion!
Previously owned by music producer Scott Storch, the 19,000-sqaure-foot property sits on the prestigious Palm Cay in Miami, and has 9 bedroom, 17 baths, an outdoor pool and cabana, a theater, gym, spa, 100 feet of waterfront, a private dock and a whole lot of other millionaire sh*t.
