Carmelo Anthony Suspended For Kevin Garnett Confrontation!

The NBA is making an example out of Carmelo Anthony.

The New York Knicks franchise player has been suspended for a game because of his off court antics.  After a heated game on Monday night between the Boston Celtics Melo literally met KG outside of Madison Square Garden.  The two were battling it out on court for the entire game and it came to head during the fourth quarter.

KG undoubtedly got into Melo’s head and threw him off his game.  The Celtic player has been accused of  allegedly telling Melo that his wife La La Anthony tastes like Honey Nut Cheerios.

“There are no circumstances in which it is acceptable to confront an opponent after a game,” said the league in a statement.  Anthony will sit out January 10 game against the Indiana Pacers.

KG and Melo have already hashed out their problems.

The winner in this entire debacle clearly is the maker of Honey Nut Cheerios….got milk?
