Coupled Up: Kim Kardashian & Kanye West’s Sexy Evening In London! [Photos]

After an early Thursday [May 17] morning appearance on BBC Radio, KimYe headed back to their luxury hotel in preparation for a glamorous night out in London, England.

Walking hand in hand, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West left their hotel Thursday evening and headed into an awaiting vehicle to take them to the FiFi Fragrance Awards, held at The Brewery while fans mobbed the streets to get a glimpse of the couple.

Sporting a white blazer over a white tee, paired with leather pants and black boots, Kanye West cleaned up quite well for the outing, while Kim looked gorg with her hair slicked away from her face, as she stepped out in a navy blue, body hugging, floor length dress.
