Evelyn Lozada Filing For Divorce From Chad Johnson…

Evelyn Lozada has wasted no time and is officially filing for divorce from husband of just over a month, Chad Johnson.

The separation comes after the domestic dispute that landed the reality star in the hospital.

According to RadarOnline,

“The legal papers are expected to be filed in a Miami, Florida courtroom within the next 48 hours.”

A woman has also allegedly come forward claiming she and Chad were dating from January until May when he abruptly ended the affair. This was all while Evelyn was planning her wedding to the NFL player and the two were living together.

Earlier today, Evelyn, who is mourning the loss of her brother-in-law released a statement about the unfortunate incident. You can read that HERE!

Evelyn has filed for divorce citing “irretrievably broken” and yes, the couple did sign a prenup.
