When Keeping Up With The Kardashians returns for yet another season in June, fans will be taken on the journey of Kim Kardashian’s very public pregnancy.

On New Year’s Eve, Kanye West appeared to be a proud daddy-to-be when he announced in front of thousands that he and girlfriend Kim were expecting their first child together but it seemed to go down hill from there.

For the past few months, the mommy-to-be has been photographed flying out to Paris to visit Kanye, who was recording his upcoming album titled Yeezus totaling a number of around 25 or so times they’ve actually been face to face.

While every moment of pregnancy is life changing and should be exciting, finding out the gender of your child is one of the most memorable moments that should be shared between the parents.

Footage from the upcoming season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians has surfaced featuring Kim at the doctor’s alongside sister’s Kourtney and Khloe and momager Kris Jenner to find out what she’s having.

Where was Kanye? MIA! It was alleged a few weeks back that Kanye flew private many times for doctor’s appointments so who knows, maybe he was there but considering he doesn’t want to be a reality star asked to not be filmed.

A few weeks ago there was a story about rapper Foxy Brown & Jay Z that went viral around the blogs.

It was alleged that Foxy Brown, while attending a baby shower spilled some dirty, nasty & vulgar stories about rapper Jay Z. It was alleged that Foxy stated that Jay Z de-flowered her and also gave her a sexually transmitted disease.

While Jay Z kept mum on the vicious rumour, Foxy has now stepped forward to address the allegations and she’s fuming!

Episode six marks the halfway point of Mission Catwalk Season Three.

The episode opens in usual fashion, with Keneea Linton-George sitting with the designers. George asks the designers about each of their high points of each competition before announcing the next challenge: “Up-Cycling.” For this challenge the bottom 3 designs of each week were put on display. It was the task of each designer to construct a brand new piece from the older garment. Each designer was given a budget of $1,000.00JMD for additional fabric and another $1,000.00JMD for trimming.

The designers were off to Pablo’s for their fabric with the help of George before coming back to the studio to sew. It was a “friendly rivalry” between Alexis Campbell and Theodore Elyett as each felt pleasure in destroying each other’s bottom three garments. Ms. Kay Davitian entered in typical form to critique the designer’s progress, giving some much needed sewing advice.

Judging session came next as Colin Hylton, restaurateur, took the seat of guest judge. The models took to the catwalk for each of the nine remaining contestants. The models accompanied with their designers stood in front of the judges for their critiques. Shernicia Mayers, David Rolle and Renardo Lloyd came out in the top three with David Rolle winning the honor’s of top look of the week. Watson St. and Anicia Brooks were in the bottom two. Sad to say, Anicia Brooks’s time had come to an end as she was the latest designer to be eliminated from the competition.

Tonight [May 22] we were introduced to the Top 16 finalists in the BTC Starmaker competition.  If you didn’t know, this season the contestants are living it up in a palatial pad out in the uber luxurious Lyford Cay community.  On the episode that aired tonight, we got to know the contestants a little bit.

The 16 chatted a bit about their goals and aspirations and their motivation behind entering the competition.  Both Juniour & Senior contestants exude nothing but confidence so it will be interesting to see when the claws & knives come out.

Bahamian cultural icon Arlene Nash-Ferguson appeared on the episode and schooled the Top 16 about the importance of working together as a team.  How cute were The Starmaker junk junk group?  The advice Mrs. Nash-Ferguson proves to be essential for their first challenge!

Both Jr.’s and Sr.’s had to sell as many phone cards as possible to raise money to donate to a local charity, The Ranfurley Home for Children.

All of the contestants did extremely well exceeding expectations therefore no one was sent packing!  The drama though has already begun unfolding as certain contestants were been thrown under the bus during judging!!!

Although there are 30 more days until the summer season officially kicks off, we’ve already started our summer adventures.  Over the weekend, we packed up and sped off into the sunset to Harbour Island, The Bahamas to escape the hustle & bustle of city living in exchange for the deliciousness of the island life.

Rent A Golf Cart –  Although the island is only approximately 3.5 miles long and 1.5 miles wide, you will need to rent yourself a buggy for your stay on the island.  Golf carts range from $45-50 ish for a 24 hour period, if you’re a good talker you might get it for a few coins cheaper. Grab a map and go on the ultimate adventure, trust us – you won’t get lost!

2. Have Lunch at Sip Sip - Unarguably one of the best spots on the island to grab a bite to eat  at lunchtime. The restaurant is off the track most beaten, deep in the cut on Court St. Enjoy a five star meal with an amazing view of Pink Sands Beach.

Today [May 22], it was announced that the heiress, Paris Hilton has signed on to Cash Money Records where she is set to release her upcoming album.  Paris is no stranger to the music industry.  The former ‘Simple Life’ reality star released her first record “Stars Are Blind” in 2006 and it didn’t do too bad, peaking at the #18 spot on the US Billboard Hot 100.

Last year, Paris hopped on Lil Wayne’s single, ““Last Night (I Wanna Bang You)”, so we’re sure the wheels were in motion since then.

If you haven’t tried the Essie 2013 Neon Collection, go out and get it now. It’s the ultimate collection for summer nail colours. After 10 minutes and 5 swatches I decided on a nautical inspired nail using the Bouncer It’s Me polish from the Neon Collection. Freehand nail art can be a tricky thing, but making little nail decals is a great way to perfect your design before applying it.

Here’s what you will need:

Base Coat
Top Coat
Opaque White Polish
Essie Bouncer It’s Me
Scissors
Tweezers
Nail Dotting Tool or mechanical pencil
Toothpick
Parchment Paper

Step 1

Apply base coat and about 2 coats of an opaque white. Essie recommends using their polish “Blanc” to make the neon really pop, but unfortunately they didn’t have it in stock at the nail store so I used Snow Virgin by Ciaté, which took 2 coats. Once dry, apply 2-3 coats of Bouncer It’s Me and let dry completely. I opted to apply a light topcoat as this polish has a gel consistency and then I let it dry overnight to be completely sure.

Step 2

Using the clear topcoat, paint a nice thick swatch wide enough to for two anchors to fit onto the parchment paper. Don’t be afraid to pile it on thick, that’s what makes it easier to peel off. Allow the swatch to dry.

Step 3

Make two nice blobs (one of each colour) on the paper.

Step 4

Using the dotting tool (or mechanical pencil) and the white polish make two dots for the top of each anchor.

Step 5 & Step 6

Using the toothpick and white polish, in a dotting motion, draw the anchor. The dotting motion helps not to smudge the polish as it starts to set. Repeat for the second anchor. Then dip the dotting tool into the blue polish and dot the center of the white dot.

Step 7

Allow the anchors to dry completely. It would be a good idea to prepare the decals the night before as well so both your nails and the decals can dry overnight.

Step 8

Peel the decal away from the parchment paper. It should peel away very easily as parchment paper is great for this kind of thing.

Step 9

Cut out the anchors leaving as little clear coat as possible. You should then have two little stickers ready to go.

Step 10

Pick the nail you wish to apply the decal to and apply a coat of blue polish to it. Using the tweezers position the decal on the center of the nail. Then gently press the decal into the polish and let dry.

Step 11

Once dry, apply a topcoat over the decal to seal it. And there you have it! A super cute, super easy nautical nail design. (p.s. you can also do this for every nail, I just chose to have one as an accent).
