Lil Wayne Rekindles Magic With Karrine ‘Superhead’ Steffans

Well, looks like they say it only takes a spark to get a fire burning!

And looks like Lil Wayne and his former flame Karrine Steffans have rekindled!

The two were spotted in Las Vegas this week where Lil Wayne showcased his clothing line, Trukfit at Magic Convention as well as debuted a new sneaker line alongside Supra.

“Superhead” has been missing her some Wayne for quite some time…
