Shot by photographer Mario Testino, Nicole Kidman bares all for the fall 2012 issue of V magazine.

The 45-year-old actress and mother of four, two adopted kids with ex-husband Tom Cruise, and two daughters with hubby Keith Urban, goes topless and shows off a bit of tush for the publication’s V79: The Travel Issue.
