Talk about love at first sight!

Kim Kardashian took to her Twitter account on Wednesday [April 18] and uploaded a fierce pair of sculpted 6 inch shoes.

The Giuseppe Zanotti Sculpted Platform Sandal is from the Italian designer’s 2012 spring/summer collection and it comes in either suede or leather.

The grey suede version that Kim K. has are currently unavailable but the black patent leather version is available for $1036.00.

So SICK!

We’re not sure how healthy this is on your back but beauty is pain..
