For a second day, Kim Kardashian kept it chic donning all white!

The reality t.v. queen was spotted out with her boyfriend, Kanye West, yesterday [June 29] making a visit to the Los Angeles Children’s Hospital.

Kim rocked a pair of white jeans, a white tee, a white jacket and the cutest Balenciaga heels.
