Michael Strahan Lands Gig As Co-Host On ‘Live! With Kelly’…

Since Regis Philbin retired from hosting Live! With Regis & Kelly back in November of 2011, Kelly Ripa has had Fifty nine guest co-hosts, as she and ABC figured out who would be best to fill the empty seat beside her.

Seth Myers, Jerry Seinfeld, Nick Lachey and my personal favorite ex-football player Michael Strahan each had the opportunity to showcase their talent for the world to see.

Although the official announcement of who will co-host the morning show is set to be made on Sept. 7th, word on the streets of NYC is that ABC has offered the gig to Michael Strahan.

The former New York Giants defensive end brought that IT factor every time he co-hosted and his chemistry with Kelly came naturally.
