Mrs. Michelle Obama sure knows how to get up and move!

The First Lady of The United States surprised YMCA SuperSkippers, the Cary Family when she appeared as a surprise guest on Live! With Kelly on Monday!

Wearing a pair of blue slacks, a yellow shirt and green cardigan, the First Lady proceeded to jump a little double dutch to the delight of the amazed teens!

The Prezzy sings and his wife jumps! Cute combo!
