Hip-Pop star Nicki Minaj took to the stage to perform at The 2012 BET Awards. Minaj continues to get more elaborate production for her performances. She opened with a stringed intro to her song “Champion” backed by some blinding spotlights.
She segued right into the hot “Beez In The Trap” featuring 2 Chainz. Heck, she even had Beyoncé nodding and singing along. The performance was cool but Nicki Minaj just isn’t a performer, no matter how many stunts are thrown in. On top of that, the performance could have ended a bit smoother.
