Nicki Minaj Rocks The ‘Today’ Show…[Video]
Fresh off her Pink Friday tour, Nicki Minaj, who has a bruised vocal chord, took her talents to The Today Show’s Summer Concert Series.
On Tuesday [August 14] morning, in front of a packed crowd of screaming fans who waited over 24 hours for the animated rapper to hit the stage, the Queens-bred rapper donned a red catsuit while performing a medley of hits including “Starships” and current single “Pound The Alarm”.
During her interview, Nicki dished on her debut fragrance, “I think in a couple days we’re going to show the fans the bottle and give them the name of the fragrance.”
Later today, Nicki will make up for not hitting the stage at Hot 97′s Summer Jam with a special free concert at Roseland Ballroom hosted by Pepsi. The first 1,500 fans to line up outside the venue after 12:00 p.m. will be granted entrance.
