Alicia Keys hit quite the ‘high note’ today [March 5] while in Paris, attending Stella McCarney’s winter ready-to-wear runway show.

The songbird slipped into a black and white knee-length Stella McCartney ‘optical illusion’ dress paired with matching black and white heels. Keys finished off the exquisite look by pulling her hair back into a bun while rocking pretty pink lips!
