UPDATED: Terrence J Apologizes For Ditching Show In The Bahamas…

As we previously reported, ‘Think Like A Man” actor Terrence J was scheduled to host an event at Bahamian hot-spot, ‘Luna Nightclub’, last night [July 21] but was nowhere to be found.

According to our major sources, Terrence was allegedly unhappy about certain club conditions and left the venue without performing his duties, but Terrence is now saying that was not the case.

The BET host hit SheSoMajor.com up exclusively to relay his apologies and to explain the real reason why he was not present at the club.

Sincere apologies, someone in my group got sick so we had to take them back. Working w/ the promoters to do a make up date. Very sorry!

While I do applaud Terrence for his ‘apology’, I’m still unconvinced.  While I do understand someone may have been ‘sick’, how do you tell your ‘boss’, ‘oh I’M not showing up to work because someone’s sick’.

Sir, did you hop back on your private plane and take that sick person back to New York City?  While I doubt it, Nassau has not one, but two hospitals that are roughly 10 minutes away from the club venue and we do have some of the best doctors this side of the world.

It’s situations like these that make it hard for promoters and celebrities to be respected in this town and why many people prefer Caribbean artists. Broke leg, broke feet, they’ll be there!

UPDATE: My sources have confirmed to me that Terrence J dressed in ‘the last baby blue suit’ and his girlfriend Selita Ebanks were indeed spotted partying in Aura nightclub when he should’ve been at Luna. 

My sources also revealed that Terrence J was allegedly upset because of the amount of people that were in the club [Luna] at the time.  If this is the case, someone needs to explain to celebrities the culture of Bahamians. They go nowhere early. 1-2 o’clock we just might arrive at a venue and we expect to close it at 4.
