I’m not here for the Game’s shenanigans!
I feel it’s always the Christianity religion that’s always poked and prodded when it comes to these so called ‘artists’. Lady Gaga is known for causing an uproar with the Catholic church and Nicki Minaj tried it when she arrived at the Grammy Awards with the Pope trailing behind.
Now, The Game had decided to drop the album cover for his upcoming album, Jesus Piece depicting Jesus as a tatted up blood. Sir, has your creativity dried up? I find the cover ultra offensive and I’m so sick of people using religion to stir up conversation. I’ve never seen an artist poke fun at any other faith.
Here’s Games’ explanation about the album,
“Jesus Piece gives me an opportunity to speak about situations that people like me who love God but are still street and still wanna remain themselves without going the Pastor Mase route. It gives the opportunity to know that it’s somebody out there that feels them.”
Anyone else finds this utterly offensive or I’m making a big deal about nothing?
P.S. Blasphemy is defined as “ the act of insulting or showing contempt or lack of reverence for God.”
