Kobe’s wife of ten years filed for divorce last year December after it was uncovered that her Laker hubby had been unfaithful…again.

According to TMZ, Vanessa has the power to file final documents to finalize their divorce but is holding out..

Under California law, Vanessa has to wait 6 months before she can file final docs making the divorce official. The 6-month mark hits this weekend, so Vanessa could end the marriage as early as Monday … but we know she won’t.

The couple are said to be in reconciliation mode and were spotted recently at Disney World holding hands. The two still have not moved back in together.
