Whitney Houston Immortalized In Wax!

Feb 07, 2013 No Comments by

The late Whitney Houston continues to live on.

The legendary singer, who unexpectedly passed away a year ago, has not one, not two but four separate wax figures that were unveiled today at Madame Tussauds.

Whitney’s clones don looks from when she belted out the “National Anthem” at the Super Bowl back in 1991, her classic look in the “I Wanna Dance With Somebody” video, a scene from The Bodyguard and a 2009 photo shoot from her last album.

Each of the wax figures will be placed in different Madame Tussauds locations from D.C to Hollywood to Vegas and one will remain in the Big Apple.

Prior to the unveiling Patricia Houston released a statement on behalf of the entire Houston family saying,

“We were extremely honored when Madame Tussauds approached us about doing four figures of Whitney from different points in her 30-year career. This is something we are excited to do for the fans.”
