It has always been my dream to travel to as many places as I can before I get hitched or knocked up, which wouldn’t exactly stop the show, but it would slow me down. This year, I’ve decided to turn my traveling ambitions up a notch and while planning my 2016 vacations these destinations have shown up on my travel radar.
Brazil (image by: @imtakingoffblog): Two words, Summer – Olympics. All eyes will be glued on this South American country this August as it becomes the host city for the 2016 Summer Olympics. Teamed with its famous beaches, and culture, its safe to say, I’ll be seeing you soon Rio!
Santorini (image by: rives.ophelie): Located in Greece, this tiny volcanic island boasts of the most amazing sunsets overlooking the caldera and its stunning architecture. It is one of the most romantic of the Greek Islands and tourists flock to the islands in droves. I fell in love with the island ever since watching The Sisterhood of The Traveling Pants, it has a permanent spot on my wanderlust list.
Jamaica: (image by: islandoutpost): My mother is Jamaican, so its quite a shame that I’ve never visited one of the most popular Caribbean countries in the world. Last year it landed on my bucket list, and this year it still remains. I can’t wait to take a dip in Dunns River or bobsled through Mystic Mountains or just relax at the famed Golden Eye or just stuff my face with authentically Jamaican yum!
Cuba: (image by: lucylauct) The country has long been attractive to visitors but more so recently after their relationship to America began to unthaw. If you’re looking for post-card perfect scenery, charming colonial architecture, vintage vehicles, rich history and the Tropicana, Cuba awaits!
Dubai: (image by: aiyedh) Vegas meets New York! Glamour, luxury & bling, best describe this Middle Eastern tourist destination. It boasts of some of the most modern architecture, largest shopping malls in the world and heart racing adventure. Are you ready to do Dubai?
