Restarting SHESOMAJOR was an internal battle for me, but I am so thrilled to have listened to my gut and followed my passion. There were so many things running through my mind when I decided to crank the blog back up after such an extended break. “Do people remember me?” “Will anyone read the blog?” “Do people care about traveling?”
These questions and more plagued me for weeks. After consulting with my friends and family, I decided to give it a go once more, I mean, what could I possibly lose; I was traveling and doing what I loved and wanted to share my travels in hopes of inspiring at least one person.
While travel may be considered a luxury by many, I consider it a necessity. I have learned so many life lessons and skills on the road and met so many incredible people. This was my goal, to convince people that you don’t have to be wealthy to travel, you simply need the will and determination.
I am happy to say that I have been able to achieve this goal; I have received so many emails, and messages from people that are taking the plunge and getting out of their comfort zones and traveling. In the past year I have been fielded with so many questions about travel and it makes me want to bust a little move!
This is just the beginning. In 2017, I want to be an even bigger travel resource and in order to achieve this goal, I need your help. I want to know what you want. What do you want to see on this blog. What travel information do you need. What makes you feel good.
